For your first, I must say, this is amazing. If you keep working like this, your flashes will be infamous.
Great graphics, good audio, and good storyline. This isn't your everyday first flash.
The only thing you need to work on is your sound effects. You have the tendency to use them when not needed.

Other than that, this is spectacular work! I look forward to see other flashes from you!
